The flow and conditions for obtaining permission for use

The terms and conditions

  1. The Museum owns copyright of the imagery data of crude drugs; therefore, use of the imagery data without Museum authorization is prohibited.
  2. If you wish to use the imagery data found in the Museum database, please submit the application for use of the imagery data.
  3. When publishing the article with the imagery data after obtaining the permission, please clearly give credit to the Museum of Materia Medica, Institute of Natural Medicine, University of Toyama.
  4. If the applicant wishes to use the imagery data multiple times, a separate application should be submitted for each use.
  5. Any use of the imagery data for any purpose other than those described in the application form is strictly prohibited.
  6. The applicant agrees that he/she bears all responsibility for damage caused by using the imagery data for purposes other than those described in the application form.
  7. Reproduction of the imagery data for any purpose other than those described in the application form is strictly prohibited.
  8. Reprocessing of the imagery data for any purpose other than those described in the application form is strictly prohibited.
  9. Upon publication, please provide a single copy of the published work, including a video file, to the Museum of Materia Medica, Institute of Natural Medicine, University of Toyama.
  10. Any violations of the forementioned terms and conditions will lead to immediate revoking of the privileges pertaining to the permission. Violators will not receive permission to use materials from the Museum again.

please submit the application form for use of imagery data found in the Museum database to.

Permission for use

The application will be well screened and will be authorized providing that the conditions specified by the Museum have been met.
At least one week is required for the screening procedure.
